Ruling of Nikah if one kissed their sister-in-law
QUESTION:
If someone is married & he kissed his sister-in-law (wife’s sister); she is also married & both of them kissed each other. After this heinous act, they realised that they have done this wrong. Now my question is that as per the condition mentioned above now, Tauba from Allah is enough for both of them, or anything else they need to do to repentance?
ANSWER:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In the aforementioned scenario, it is imperative for both individuals to repent to Allah sincerely and take strict measures to ensure this never happens again. Both of them should completely stay away from each other; ensuring no communication or interaction, whether directly or indirectly. [1]
Nevertheless, the marriage of each individual in the above case, will remain intact. [2]

اس فعل بد سے توبہ کرنا لازم ہے اور بڑی بہن سے خلط و اختلاط رکھنا ہی نہيں چاہۓ اور اس سے دور رہنا ضروری ہے

(وفي الخلاصة: وطئ أخت امرأته لا تحرم عليه امرأته) هذا محترز التقييد بالأصول والفروع. وقوله لا تحرم أي لا تثبت حرمة المصاهرة فالمعنى لا تحرم حرمة مؤبدة

سالی کے ساتھ منہ کالا کرنے سے بيوی کا نکاح نہيں ٹوٹتا

اگر سالی کو سالی سمجھ کر وطی کی ہے تو يہ زنا ہے، سخت معصيت ہے، ايسی حالت ميں بيوی سے کچھ بھی عليحدگی لازم نہيں

جس سالی کو شہوت سے چھوا وہ اپنے شوہر پر حرام نہ ہوئی

شرعا دونوں بہنوں کے نکاح پر کوئی اثر مرتب نہيں ہوا، اور ہر ايک بہن اپنے شوہر کے نکاح ميں بدستور رہے گی
