Is it haram to drink one’s wife’s milk?
QUESTION:
Asaww, Mufti sahab can you please tell me what is the ruling on drinking ones wife milk during intercourse before and after delivery. Is it makrooh,haram or the nikkah get invalid. Here in saudi in Salafi people it is not an issue. … please give details according to fiqh Hanafi…

ANSWER:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In principle, it is harām and a sin for the husband to intentionally drink his wife’s milk [1]. The husband will be required to repent; nevertheless, drinking the wife’s milk will not affect the marriage [2].

بیوی کا دودھ پینے سے بیوی حرام نہیں ہوتی لیکن ایسا کرنا گناہ ہے
سوال: اگر کوئی شخص اپنی زوجہ کا دودھ پی لے تو وہ اس پر حرام ہو جاۓ گی یا نہیں؟ اور بے ضرورت دودھ پینے سے گناہ گار ہوگا یا نہیں؟
جواب: اپنی زوجہ کا دودھ پینے سے وہ حرام نہیں ہوتی۔ ہاں اس کا دودھ پینا حرام ہے جو ایسا کرے گا گناہ گار ہوگا۔

کوئی خاوند جوش محبت میں اپنی بیوی کی چھاتیوں کو چوسنے لگے۔ اور اس وجہ سے ان سے دودھ نکل کر خاوند کے منہ میں چلا جائے تو اس کے بارے میں اسلام کیا کہتا ہے۔ کیا اس شخص کا نکاح ٹھیک رہے گا یا نہیں۔ برائے مہربانی اس مسئلے کے بارے میں جلد از جلد لکھیں۔
الجواب: بیوی کا دودھ پی لینے سے نکاح نہیں ٹوٹتی۔ اور بیوی حرام نہیں ہوتی۔ البتہ دانستہ بیوی کا دودھ پینا حرام ہے اور دودھ آنے کا اندیشہ ہو تو چوسنے سے بھی پرہیز کی جائے جو ہوچکا اس کے لئے استغفار کیا جاوے۔
