If the Imam is in ruku, should I leave my arms on the side and then proceed to ruku?

QUESTION:
If I come into the Masjid and the Imam is in ruku, so when I come and do Takbeere Tahreemah, should I fold my arms and then go into ruku or should I do Takbeere Tahreemah and leave my arms on the side and not fold my arms and then go into ruku?
ANSWER:
In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
In general, folding the hands is not required after performing the al-Takbīr al-Tahrīm and going into rukū or another posture. However, it is essential to remember that the al-Takbīr al-Tahrīm must be carried out while fully standing, unless there are valid exemptions.

قوله: "بالتحريمة قائما" أي فيما يفترض له القيام والمراد بالقيام ما يعم الحكمي ليشمل القعود في نحو الفرائض لعذر قوله: "أو منحنيا قليلا" تصريح بما تضمنه المصنف فإن القيام الذي هو قبل الإنحناء القريب إلى الركوع صادق بالقيام التام وبالإنحناء القليل قوله: "قبل وجود إنحنائه" هذا في مقام البيان للإنحناء القليل قوله: "بما هو أقرب" أي بحال ذلك الحال أقرب للركوع فليس الشرط عدم الإنحناء أصلا بل عدم الإنحناء المتصف بكونه أقرب إلى الركوع من القيام والجار والمجرور متعلق بوجود قوله: "إن كان إلى القيام أقرب" بأن لا تنال يداه ركبتيه

ایسی صورت میں تکبیر تحریمہ کے بعد دونوں ہاتھوں کو باندھنا ضروری نہیں؛ لہذا تکبیر تحریمہ کہہ کر بغیر ہاتھ باندھے ہوئے رکوع میں چلے جانے سے نماز صحیح ہوگئی ، لیکن حالت قیام میں پوری تکبیر تحریمہ کہنا شرط ہے، اس کے بغیر نماز شروع نہ ہوگی
