Women Scarf in Ihram

Shortened Question:

Are women allowed to wear a coloured scarf in Ihram?

Question:

My question is am I allowed to wear coloured scarf like dark blue, red … with black abaya for Umrah?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is permissible for a woman in Ihram to wear a coloured scarf[1].

[1] وأما المرأة فلها أن تلبس ما شاءت من المخيط والخفين إلا أنها لا تغطي وجهها لقوله - عليه الصلاة والسلام - «إحرام المرأة في وجهها» ولأن بدنها عورة وستره بما ليس بمخيط يتعذر فلذلك جوز لها لبس المخيط.

والخامس الرجل لا يلبس الثوب المخيط في قول ابي حنيفة وأصحابه وابي عبد الله وفي قول احمد بن حنبل يلبس واما المرأة فلها ان تلبس المخيطات
