[1] وأما المرأة فلها أن تلبس ما شاءت من المخيط والخفين إلا أنها لا تغطي وجهها لقوله - عليه الصلاة والسلام - «إحرام المرأة في وجهها» ولأن بدنها عورة وستره بما ليس بمخيط يتعذر فلذلك جوز لها لبس المخيط.

[Al-Jawharat an-Nayyirah ala Mukhtasar al-Quduri, 1: 152]

قال: " ولا يلبس ثوبا مصبوغا بورس ولا زعفران ولا عصفر " لقوله عليه الصلاة والسلام " لا يلبس المحرم ثوبا مسه زعفران ولا ورس ".

قال: " إلا أن يكون غسيلا لا ينفض " لأن المنع للطيب لا للون

وإلا فستر العورة كاف

والخامس الرجل لا يلبس الثوب المخيط في قول ابي حنيفة وأصحابه وابي عبد الله وفي قول احمد بن حنبل يلبس واما المرأة فلها ان تلبس المخيطات
