The reason is I had my first panic attack while I was offering Fajar prayer. From that day on I start having a panic attack. Even if I hear adhan I feel scared. I feel I am having heart attack. I shut my ears. I make taubah lot I cry a lot. I feel so unlucky I feel punished. I can’t find peace in Salah. What should I do? I fear I might die. I don’t know if it is Shaytan or my fear? Help me how do I Overcome my fear. My fear is taking me away from Allah. I fear to go to mosque, Makkah, and Madinah. Please help me I want to come close to Allah, but these fears are taking me away from him and I run away from praying. I want to pray as I did before. I`m so young 16 years girl. Please
